WE GUARANTEE TO REPAIR AT NO CHARGE:

  • Leaking Faucets - We will repair only the leak, interior only; we do not guarantee to repair damage resulting from the leak. We do not cover fixtures that need to be replaced.
  • Leaking Sinks - We will repair only the leak. We do not guarantee to repair damage resulting from the leak.
  • Leaking Shower Heads - We will repair only the leak. We do not guarantee damage resulting from the leak. We do not cover fixtures that need to be replaced.
  • Leaking Toilets - We will repair toilet leaks at the water connection point. We will repair "running toilets" if possible, but will not guarantee or replace the internal mechanism.
  • Calking - We will re-caulk around your bathroom tubs and sinks. We will provide the caulk
  • Wall Holes - We will repair holes in drywall resulting from door knob intrusion, Painting not included
  • Towel Racks - We will repair loose or removed towel racks where they attach to the wall. We do not replace the towel rack fixture.
  • Light Bulbs - We will change hard-to-reach light bulbs, interior and exterior. Light bulbs not included.
  • Electrical Wall Outlets - We will repair interior wall outlets. Does not cover code violations or updating G.F. C. I.
  • Interior Light Switches - We will repair interior light switches. Does not cover code violations.
  • Door Adjustments - We will adjust doors and cabinets where possible, within the manufactures allowed ability to do so. Excludes garage doors.
  • Smoke Detectors - We will replace batteries, batteries included
  • Lock Sets - We will replace lock sets at our sole discretion, hardware not included.
  • Complimentary One-Day Truck Rental from Budget or Provider dictated by Coldwell Banker representative. Does not cover mileage charges, or damage to vehicle.
